Zestful Wellness Protocol
The Protocol for Zestful Wellness is about maintaining a balanced Zeta Potential in the circulatory system.
Starting at the cellular level, a balance between Cationic (positive charged) and Anionic (negative charged) particles can be achieved with sufficient quantities of distilled or Reverse Osmosis water. Drinking water that is high in mineral content (spring water) may be contributing to the deposits accumulating in your bloodstream and kidneys. Together with the information obtained in this program about diet and our body's function at the chemical level, anyone can achieve Zestful Wellness.
This relatively simple program of DILUTION through generous daily consumption of good pure water, Anionic Zeta Aid supplement and attention to diet can restore health and prevent future disease.
Every cell in the body has an electrical potential. It is the electrical energy that differentiates life from death. The electrical potential, also call the zeta potential, ranges from 70 to 90 millivolts in a healthy human cell.
As we age or become ill, our zeta potential drops and so does our energy. This is one reason why it is difficult to get out of bed, exercise or maintain self-motivation as we either become toxic, older or unhealthy.
Without energy, without normal cellular electrical potential, we not only lose our health, youth and drive, we have a difficult time absorbing nutrients. By "charging" distilled water with electrolytic minerals or Zeta Crystals, it not only re-energizes our cells, it lowers the surface tension of the water making it wetter and better absorbed and allows nutrients to be more bioavailable.

It is very important to realize that Zestful Wellness cannot be achieved by consuming Zeta Aid™ by itself. If you are attempting to rid your body of toxins and disease, it is important to consume enough distilled water or reverse osmosis water ONLY. No soft drinks, especially "diet" sodas.
As a rule you should drink half your body weight in ounces of purified water per day. If you weigh 150 lbs you should be drinking 75 ounces of "good", purified water daily. For best results, drink reverse osmosis or distilled water only as your "good" water.
Most processed foods with chemical preservatives, pesticide residue and additives are of a cationic nature and have proven to be detrimental to human health. Such foods have a natural zeta potential-lowering effect on the blood and are no longer in their natural organic state. The food we eat in it's organic state is converted by digestion into an in-organic state thus allowing electrolytes, Electrophoresis, to take place.
In summation, to achieve and maintain Zestful Wellness, we must support the internal terrain of the human body by sustaining Electrophoresis (life force). We recommend a diet that is not only fresh from the garden, but is high in fruits, fish, grains, vegetables and legumes as well as low in red meats. Consume organic produce when possible.
